Decision & documents
Acceptance letters and contracts are generated as PDFs from your own Word templates; anyone can verify them via QR code.
Production
Copyediting, translation, typesetting and cover design run in parallel. Nothing goes to press without final files.
Printing & publication
Journal issue or book edition; ISBN, print run, reprints. On first publication the work automatically becomes "published".
Sales
The work goes live in the store: print, digital or bundled. Cart, payment, shipping — or instant digital access.
Accounting & royalties
When payment lands, the invoice, ledger entry, stock deduction and royalty accrual are all posted automatically.
