Official documents produced by presses running Nasirus — acceptance letters, rejection letters, royalty contracts, receipts — are cryptographically sealed and carry a QR code. This lets you confirm in seconds whether the document in your hands was genuinely issued by the institution in question.

How do I verify a document?

1. Scan the QR code on the document with your phone camera or any QR reader.
2. The QR code takes you to the issuing institution's own public verification page. Verification always happens on the institution's own domain; no sign-in or account is required.
3. The page shows the document's summary details and validity status. Compare what is displayed with the document in front of you.

What should I watch out for?

• Make sure the domain in the address bar of the verification page belongs to the institution that supposedly issued the document.
• If the displayed details (name, work, date) do not match your copy exactly, do not rely on the document.
• If a document has no QR code, the code cannot be scanned, or the verification page will not open, contact the institution directly.

Can I verify a document on this website?

No. nasirus.com is a product website; verification is only performed on the verification page of the institution that issued the document. This is by design: only the issuing institution's own records can vouch for a document's authenticity.
